We all know how crucial it is for our body to drink water regularly, and plenty of it. It relieves fatigue, helps focus, promotes digestion and weight loss, flushes out toxins and improves skin coplexion. Many of us still struggle to drink water in a recommended dosage.

What is the connection between drinking water and spiritual growth (as well as inner balance)?

It helps your body function better and your mind be clearer. Drinking water is a great way to increase your intuition and even access the non-physical world during meditation and chanelling.

Moreover, it indirectly has healing powers and helps us ground at times when we get too emotional or overthink a situation (remember when someone is anxious or in distress they are often given a glass of water to release tention and feel better).

Watsu (special kind of water massage) is one great example of how floating in water while someone cradles and massages you can have a deep healing impact. Think womblike state, technically we all start our life in a water-like environment.

Time for tips and tricks on how to hydrate

In case you have trouble drinking plenty of water during the day for hydration you can try using simple techniques to remind yourself about this important ritual 🙂 You can set a bottle or a glass of water at your desk (filled with water) to make that sip of water as accessible as possible. These days we can set up reminders on our wearable electronics, configure fitness apps (to measure water intake as well) and even buy special motivational bottles to monitor water intake.
