This blog name came to me suddenly. A simple combination of words, oxymoron, if you wish, that produces a puzzling, yet engaging, effect. To me Mindful Bamboo is about the fusion of Western and Eastern paradygms, blending of energies of living beings/things and remembering to look inside ourselves for wisdom and peace, as we already hold all the answers, at least to our universe.
Finally, it’s a new interpretation of a plant name “lucky bamboo” (actually a dracena that looks very similar to a bamboo). It’s a popular plant to grow at home for balancing energy, attracting abundance and love, and other feng shui purposes. It sounded like a catchy blog name. Do I have one? You betcha!
I bought it from a lightworker in California (so it’s blessed for love and luck). Although apparently I could have bought it in China town in New York for 5 times less money 😀
I challenge all of us to focus on mindfulness rather than luck. When you find your harmony and inner happiness, luck is inevitable. Outside tools can magnify this state of mind, but not replace it.
This said, let’s get on a journey of finding ourselves, discovering our depth and reaching our balance 🙂
